Bookings must be made in advance and are confirmed only after full or partial payment. We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations made 24 hours before the service may be eligible for a full or partial refund. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
Users agree to provide accurate information, respect our staff and other clients, and follow local laws during tours. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.
We are not liable for personal injuries, loss of belongings, or events beyond our control during tours or activities.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Dubai.
